1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Electronics: Refunds for electronic products are available if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Garments/Textiles: Refunds for clothing and textile products are available if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Time Frame: To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your product. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    1. Contact our customer service team at info@maabhawanitraders.com with your order number, details of the product, and reason for the refund request.
    2. Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Return Shipping: If your refund request is approved, you may be required to return the product to us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as for items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

5. Exchanges
